Kids Yoga for School




Bringing movement, mindfulness, and joy into the classroom!

These are engaging and developmentally appropriate yoga sessions for schools during the fall, winter, and spring. Each session is designed to help students enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being, all while having fun!
Each booking guarantees a consistent and structured wellness experience for students, helping them develop mindfulness, self-regulation, and movement skills that support their learning and emotional well-being.

Booking
Our program is structured in eight-week cycles, with pricing based on the total hours booked per cycle. Each cycle includes the option for one make-up date.
Schools must book at least a 2-hour consecutive block once per week for an eight-week session.
Options for 2-Hour Block
​​6 desk-based sessions (15 min each) with 5-minute transitions.
4 movement-based sessions (25 min each) with 5-minute transitions.
2 full-length yoga sessions (55 min each).
