Stillwell is founded by Tatiana Lejoy Mosley, a wellness practitioner specializing in:

With over a decade of experience in movement and wellness, Tatiana brings a deeply intuitive and structured approach to helping clients release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies.
