What is Holistic Fitness?
I created this as a response to the way modern life pulls us out of alignment.
​
For years, I've worked in movement, nutrition, sound healing, and nervous system regulation. What I noticed was this: most people don’t need more intensity, they need recalibration.
​
This is a mobility and nervous system practice designed to restore range, regulate stress, and support sustainable performance.
Through The Regulate & Restore Method, I combine assisted stretch therapy, breathwork, and restorative techniques to help people move better, recover deeply, and reconnect to their bodies.

My work bridges structure and intuition. It’s rooted in biomechanics and physiology, but guided by presence and awareness.
Whether I’m working one-on-one or with corporate teams, the goal is the same:

I'm Tati, a certified yoga instructor, stretch therapist, sound healer, and nutritionist (BSN).

My mission is to guide others toward a balanced and vibrant life by sharing the practices within intuitive movement, sound healing, and nutrition. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where people can connect with themselves, find their strength, and cultivate lasting well-being from the inside out.
